Sounds like a result of the same-old, same-old trail count game. Spray a little machine-made snow on a bunch of downright icy trails and call them open and skiable. When will ski areas ever learn that we would prefer a deep blanket of fresh machine-made snow on just one or two trails than dust on crust on several?
