Took a day off from downhill today and opted for cross-country skiing at the Trapp Touring Center in Stowe. There were a few inches of new snow from yesterday's storm. Overall, conditions were OK with an ample base, but with daytime temps a few degress above freezing the snow was sticky and tricky due to snow build-up on my ski bases. I figure the snow was dry at the ski area from mid-mountain and above.
