Took a day off from downhill today and opted for cross-country skiing at the Trapp Touring Center in Stowe. There were a few inches of new snow from yesterday's storm. Overall, conditions were OK with an ample base, but with daytime temps a few degress above freezing the snow was sticky and tricky due to snow build-up on my ski bases. I figure the snow was dry at the ski area from mid-mountain and above. |

There is someone else using name of Skishark. I've been doing that sisnce I got the hat back in 1996.
 Found your ski report on Stowe doing a Google for skishark. I write a weblog about XC skiing in Herkimer county, New York. Maybe we're brothers.
